Nigerian duo of and held at Vitality Stadium in the week seven the encounter on Saturday afternoon.

Vardy halted as striker latches onto Christian Fuchs’ clearance but he can’t get it under control to mount a counter-attack, a few minutes later Daniels misses the goal with a shot from outside the box which went wide.

Second Half

As the second half begins with no clear-cut chance first period with, Schmeichel save has to get down low to smother Adam Smith low drive shot from distance ten minutes into the encounter.

60 Vardy traps the ball and Shinji Okazaki is there to pull the trigger, but the Japan striker puts it wide with should have put the Foxes in front.

Super Eagles striker Iheanacho coming in for Okazaki, Riyad Mahrez who replace Albrightonwhile summer signing Vicente Iborra also make his appearance as he enters for Andy King with no goal yet.

Schmeichel denies Andrew Surman as the South African midfielder’s effort looks dangerous after taking a deflection in the closing stage of the game.

and  City settle for a goalless draw after 90 minutes as the Foxes has five points from seven league match going to international break before hosting West Brom at King Power Stadium October 16.
